To help maintain a pleasant environment for everyone, please take note of the following house rules: 🕰 Quiet Hours - Quiet time is observed from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. - No guests are allowed during quiet hours. - Please keep noise levels low, indoors and outdoors, especially during quiet hours. 🐾 Pets & Guests - No pets are allowed, except for registered service animals. - House accommodation is only for those on the reservation. - A $10 fee per day will be charged for each guest spending the night or staying during quiet hours. - Continuous adult supervision of children and infants is required at all times. - Excessive guests may result in additional cleaning charges. 🍽 Food & Dining - Food is permitted only in the kitchen and dining room areas. - Please refrain from eating in the living room, bedrooms or on the ping pong table. 🍳 Kitchen & Cleaning - Do not place pots and pans in the dishwasher. - When using the dishwasher, please select the shortest cycle (72 minutes), which is sufficient for everyday use. 🚗 Parking & Neighbors - Only one car may be parked on the left side of the driveway. - Additional vehicles should be parked on Old Clifton Rd - do not park in the fire lane or in front of neighbors' houses or you car will be towed. - No trespassing to neighbors lawns and houses. 🚪 General Rules - Keep the entrance door closed at all times to avoid triggering the alarm. - Remove your shoes at the door to help keep the house clean. 💫We hope you enjoy your stay with us.
